My background includes working with patients of all ages, from pediatrics to geriatrics, as well as serving as a phlebotomy trainer and helping others develop their skills and confidence. Over the years, I’ve learned how important it is to adapt to different patients, environments, and situations. I understand that getting blood drawn isn’t always a pleasant experience, so I always do my best to make patients feel comfortable, respected, and at ease. I’m confident in my skills, comfortable in a variety of settings, and take pride in providing quality care. Whether I’m working with a child, an elderly patient, or someone who has a fear of needles, my goal is always to make their experience as smooth and positive as possible.
