You already know how to draw blood. PhlebFlow is where patients who need it at home find you. Listing is free, you set your own prices, and you see every request before you decide to take it.
How it works
- You choose where you work. List the cities you cover and we expand them to ZIP-level, so you only ever hear about requests inside your own area.
- A request arrives — you decide. You see the service, the ZIP, the timing and how urgent it is. The patient’s phone and email stay hidden until you accept. Not interested? Decline, and say why, so we stop sending you that kind of job.
- You run the visit your way. Your prices, your schedule, your patient relationship. We are the logistics layer, not your employer and not a clinical service.
What you get
- Free to list. No commission on your work. You set your prices and you keep what you charge. Free while we grow — and if we ever add a paid tier, the providers already listed hear it from us before anything changes. No paywall appearing overnight on a profile you built.
- A profile that works for you. Your own page, indexed by Google, with your services, your service area and your prices — something you can send to a doctor’s office or put on a card.
- Requests routed by ZIP code. Only your area, never a feed you have to fish in.
- Nothing exclusive. Keep your own clients and any other platform you use.
- You decide every job. See the request first; the patient’s contact details are yours once you accept it.
- We are live in 19 metro areas, and we open them one at a time. Volume varies by area, and we will not promise you a number we do not control — what we will tell you is that in a ZIP nobody covers yet, you are the provider patients find.
Do you need a license?
In most of the United States, no state phlebotomy license exists. National certification — ASCP, NHA, AMT, NCCT, AMCA, RPT — is voluntary, and it is what patients look for on your profile.
These states require their own license, and if you practice in one of them you will need to give us the ID before your listing goes live:
- California — CPT I/II (CDPH)
- Washington — Medical Assistant–Phlebotomist (WA DOH)
- Nevada — Laboratory Assistant license
- Louisiana — LSBME phlebotomist license
Running a lab rather than a solo practice? You will need a CLIA number, which anyone can check against the public CMS registry.
What it takes to start
Your certification (or the state license where one applies), professional liability insurance — not required, strongly recommended — your own supplies, and transport.

Does it cost anything?↓
No. Listing is free and we take no commission on your work. It is free while we grow, and if we ever introduce a paid tier the providers already listed will hear it from us first — you will not find out because your profile stopped working.
Do I have to accept every request?↓
No. You see each one and decide; declining is one tap and it tells us what to stop sending you.
Who sets my prices?↓
You do — a base fee, a per-tube fee, and per-service prices if you want them.
Am I an employee?↓
No. You are an independent professional. PhlebFlow does not employ providers, does not direct your clinical work, and does not guarantee volume.
Can I work with other platforms and my own clients?↓
Yes. Nothing here is exclusive.
When will I see my profile live?↓
Every listing is reviewed before it publishes, so it is hidden until it is approved.
How do patients know I am legitimate?↓
Certifications show as self-reported unless we have checked them against the issuer, in which case the profile carries a "Credential verified" badge. That protects you from competing with invented credentials.
