Who answers what

- Privacy requests (access, correction, deletion, withdrawing consent, removing a review) and legal notices — [email protected]. Write from the email address on your request, or tell us the phone number you used, so we can confirm it is you.
- Accessibility — [email protected]. Tell us the page and what got in the way; see our accessibility statement.
- Reporting a listing or a visit — [email protected] with the provider’s name and what happened. Reports are logged and investigated; see how we verify providers.
- Providers — the same support address, or the Help section of your dashboard.
